Natural wine - Our story
Vi (friends usually call her's nickname Kú Bơ - A Passionate Vietnamese Sommelier) had the chance to meet Erik and worked for Mas Zenitude in the 2 vintages of 2019 and 2020 during the time she studied International Master on Wine Tourism Innovation (Wintour) in Europe. With the unconditional love for the nature and the wine, all the good conditions happened to support Vi naturally to step into the beautiful garden of Erik and the Mas Zenitude world. At here, Vi worked closely with the team from the vinayard to the winemaking. The more Vi works the more Vi falls in love with the nature and the Natural wine.
Mas Zenitude's natural wines bring an exhilarating surprise for the drinkers to feel the magic of nature in every glass of wine. The grapes' essence and energy is naturally preserved and expressed in layering flavors and aromas. Mas Zenitude's wines perfectly pair with Vietnamese cuisine and undoutedly suitable to use as meditation wines.

Audace 2019: When I first tasted this wine there was Pinot Noir characters with a slight fizz on the tip of tongue that I found charming. The mid palate was inviting to take a second sip and as the glass came close to my lips, the finish kicked into a delicious suave juiciness with a return of fruity flavors, this is at this moment I knew I felt in love with the cuvée Audace. I have drunk multiple bottles of this wine, together with owners and directors of prestigious wine domains, and can confidently say Mas Zenitude is producing some of the best natural wine available out there. "Mas Zenitude" is the first natural wine that I personally experienced by chance, but until now I have not forgotten the special feeling that the wine brings to me. The wine always gives me the feeling like I am drinking a glass of wine is poured directly from wine tanks that have just undergone fermentation with pronounced intensity on the nose and very lively in the palate and balancing taste. In addition to the balance of acidity, tannin and structure, the wine also has a balance between inherent natural flavors and complementary elements from the hands of winemakers to bring customers what is the most natural taste. As a Sommelier, I always want to presence natural wines in the wine list of the restaurant or hotel where I am working. Because I believe that natural wine always brings exhilarating surprises and unforgettable experiences to customers even for experienced wine drinkers. And for now, Mas Zenitude wine is one of my favorable recommendation for every natural wine list if possible.
